RESPONSIBLE AI / OUR COMMITMENTS

Capability matters.
So does control.

AI can help people see more and move faster. The work still needs clear authority, inspectable evidence, and a defined boundary.

WHAT WE BUILD TOWARD

Trust is a working practice.

These are design commitments. Product-specific capabilities and contractual terms are confirmed before use.

01

Human authority

A person makes the consequential decision.

Our products are designed to recommend and assist. A named person remains responsible for approving consequential action.

What to ask in an evaluation

Who can approve? What is the permitted scope? Which version and conditions does the decision cover?

02

Inspectable evidence

A finding should show its source.

Keep the source material, observations, and interpretations distinguishable. Reviewers need a way to examine the reasoning and challenge an output.

What to ask in an evaluation

Can a reviewer locate the relevant frame, timecode, or document and understand what remains uncertain?

03

Defined boundaries

The environment is part of the design.

Establish authorized sources, customer access, deployment location, and data-handling terms before supplying customer material.

What to ask in an evaluation

Where is the data processed? Who can access it? What retention and model-provider terms apply?

04

Measured claims

Evidence comes before a performance claim.

Evaluate representative work against agreed criteria. Report exceptions and limitations alongside results.

What to ask in an evaluation

What baseline is being used? Which cases were evaluated? What was not tested?

BEFORE CUSTOMER MATERIAL IS SHARED

Make the boundaries
explicit.

Our product design calls for an agreed customer environment and no training on customer content. Confirm the supported configuration and handling terms for the release being evaluated.

Agree the essentials.

  • Authorized sources and permitted use
  • Hosting region, model access, and data handling
  • Retention, deletion, and access expectations
  • Human approval and escalation points
  • Acceptance criteria and review responsibilities

No certification or universal compliance guarantee is implied by these commitments.

Uncertainty is a reason to review.

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Preserve unresolved conditions, inspect the source, and return the question to the person responsible.

MOVE THE CONVERSATION FORWARD

Ask how the boundary works.

Discuss the product, use case, and conditions your team needs to evaluate.
